What does “CIC” stand for?
CIC stands for Community Interest Company. Real Baby Milk was incorporated on the 11th October 2006 as a Community Interest Company. This type of company is an officially recognised not-for-profit organisation that exists solely to meet its social aims and to improve or contribute to a social cause.
The Real Baby Milk Memorandums and Articles include an asset lock which that means that in the event of being dissolved or sold any assets will be donated to UNICEF.
